If 100 people work together amicably and with love and trust, when they earn an income and share the funds, what each person will receive will be MUCH MORE than what one person would have gotten if the person worked in isolation.
When you work alone, you get fatigued easily and you can run out of ideas easily too. Your motivation goes up and down like a roller coaster because you don't have people around you to lift you up during your downtimes.
Everybody goes through down moments but when you work alone, your down moments tend to be longer therefore making you less productive.
On the other hand, when you work as a team, you can leverage on others strength and with continuous brainstorming, you will never run out of ideas and you will be constantly motivated.
This will keep your strategy game strong for success.
